How can we help?
Orders leave the studio in two to four business days and you will get tracking by email when they do. If tracking has not moved for three days, write to us and we will chase it rather than asking you to.
Send us a photograph of the piece and the box. We ship a replacement immediately and we do not ask you to return the damaged one at your own cost or inconvenience.
Within 30 days, in the original packaging, we exchange sizes and cover the difference calculation. Write in first so we can reserve the size you want.
We supply a small number of galleries, kennel clubs, and independent shops. Use the form above and choose the wholesale option, and tell us roughly what volume you have in mind.
